This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the BiheNepal - Found Love? mobile application and platform. The app is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

The BiheNepal - Found Love? app strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that includes:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexualization of minors
• Child grooming or predatory behavior
• Sexual conversations involving minors
• Any activity that exploits or endangers children

Any violation will result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or permanent banning of the account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities when required.

The app complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement and child protection organizations to report confirmed cases of child exploitation.

5. Age Restrictions

Users must meet the minimum legal age requirements to use BiheNepal - Found Love?. Accounts that endanger minors will be suspended.
